Within your account, you can manually create additional accounts whose database is separate from your own account. These accounts are then displayed on this page.

The function for creating a client is not available by default and must first be activated by the konfipay administrators. Please contact vertrieb@windata.de for this purpose.

Create account

To create a new account, click on Add in the toolbar. Enter a customer number and a name for the account. On the right-hand side, enter information about the administrator of the new account. A tick next to Third party login allows the administrator to log in via third-party providers such as Microsoft.

At the bottom, you can specify which konfipay modules the users of the new account should have access to. Any account can only pass on those modules that it has licenced himself.

Edit account

To edit an account, select it in the list of account and click on Edit in the toolbar. You then have the option of changing the name, customer number and module scope.

Delete account

You can delete an account by selecting it in the list and clicking Delete at the top of the toolbar. After a further confirmation, the client is marked for deletion. Please note that the account will be permanently deleted after a period of 30 days. Before this period expires, the account will still be visible in the list of accounts (with a tick next to “Deletion”) and you can still revoke the deletion. An account marked for deletion can not be used by its users.
