Notes on this version

This version introduces tags in konfipay. Tags can be used to mark data in konfipay. Currently, bank accounts can be assigned tags - however, this version is only the beginning of the tag system, and an extension to other data types besides bank accounts is already planned.

Tags can be used for efficient content restrictions, for example, by excluding a user group from accessing data with certain tags.
