Auto delete

If necessary, konfipay can automatically delete data in accordance with the relevant deletion periods. This may be relevant, for example, in order to comply with internal deletion deadlines or data protection regulations such as the EU GDPR. Under deletion settings you can set whether and which files should be deleted automatically and at what frequency.

konfipay checks every 24 hours whether the defined deadlines have been reached. If this is the case, the corresponding data is deleted. Under deletion reports you can also call up deletion reports for better traceability.
