Order for data change

In the konfipay portal, you manage your company's internal payment transactions and administer all authorized users. You can receive accompanying support via the integrated online help or our konfipay customer service free of charge.

If you would like more than just accompanying support, you can commission us directly for the following processes:

• Transferring admin rights between users

• Creating or deleting users

• Adding users to user groups

• Setting up EBICS bank access

For your and our safety, an order can only be placed using the document "Order for data change". Please send us the completed form by e-mail to support@konfipay.de. Our windata customer service confirms the receipt and successful execution of your order.

We charge a one-off fee of €99.00 plus VAT per order for processing.

We can process orders that deviate from the above-mentioned activities either after consultation or after estimating the effort involved. To do this, use the "Other order" category in the document and wait for confirmation from windata customer service.
