Protocols

konfipay sync logs its activities so that you can better understand the processes and to make troubleshooting easier if problems occur during automation. To call up the logged activities, select the tab Protocols in konfipay sync.

Protocol overview

The top window provides an overview of all tasks in konfipay sync. The tasks can be narrowed down with a filter using the date or the task type.

Detailed view

In the lower part of the window you will find a detailed list of all received and sent files. These can also be narrowed down using the filter. If required, you can export the selected information using the CSV export in CSV format.
