If you need help using konfipay, you can get help at any time and at any place via the page header. The question mark icon takes you to the konfipay helpcenter with the collected documentation articles and the release history with information on konfipay updates.
The customer service icon (person with headset) gives you the option of either downloading the FastViewer client and dialing into a remote session with a windata customer consultant, or to create a support ticket:
