Help page
If you need help using konfipay, you can call up the help page at any time and at any point via the page header. To do this, click on the four tiles and then on Help:
On the konfipay help page you will find various helpful links and options. At the top left you will find links to the konfipay help center with the collected documentation articles and the release history with information on konfipay updates. At the top right, you can download the FastViewer client and dial into a remote session with a konfipay customer advisor.
On the left below you will find a link to the API documentation of konfipay, where all information about our API interface can be found. At the bottom right you have the option of opening a support ticket:
