General information

Under this menu item, the refund bookings are displayed for the connected PayPal accounts. First you need to select the account for which you want to show the refunds in the upper mask.

The list of refunds can be filtered according to date or by keywords. In addition, individual bookings can be displayed in detail or downloaded.

Individual refunds can also manually be marked as a retrieved or as new, respectively. Refunds marked as new will be delivered to the external system via the API during automatic retrieval - bookings marked as retrieved will not.

The timestamps of the individual refunds are converted to the German time zone by konfipay. In the tooltip you can see the original timestamp from PayPal, which is also returned via the API.
